Operational policy • counsel review recommended

Consumer Rights Notice

Effective July 26, 2026. This operational notice describes the controls implemented in the application. Qualified counsel should review jurisdiction-specific obligations before broad commercial launch.

Free dispute rights

You may dispute inaccurate information directly with consumer reporting agencies and furnishers without paying EZKredit AI.

Accurate information

Neither a consumer nor a credit-repair provider has a right to remove accurate, current, and verifiable information merely because it is negative. EZKredit AI does not generate a dispute reason unless the user identifies a factual basis and reviews the draft.

Official reports

You may request free weekly reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion through AnnualCreditReport.com, the federally authorized online source. Requesting your own report does not affect your credit score. EZKredit AI does not replace official consumer reporting agency processes and does not receive identity-verification answers entered on those external sites.

Seek qualified help

For legal rights or a specific dispute, consult official government resources or a qualified professional. Required federal and state notices must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
