Operational policy • counsel review recommended

Terms of Use

Effective July 26, 2026. This operational notice describes the controls implemented in the application. Qualified counsel should review jurisdiction-specific obligations before broad commercial launch.

Service scope

EZKredit AI provides user-directed software, organizational tools, and educational guidance. It is not a credit bureau, lender, or law firm, and it does not guarantee removals, score changes, financing, or other outcomes. The legal classification and required consumer notices for paid credit-related services must be reviewed by qualified counsel.

Compliance classification

Because paid report analysis, dispute-letter drafts, and dispute workflow tools may be used to improve or assist with a consumer's credit record, EZKredit AI is conservatively treating the paid product as potentially subject to federal credit-repair and state credit-services laws. A software label or outcome disclaimer does not replace the required legal review.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing information and documents before relying on, submitting, or sharing them. Do not upload information you do not have authority to use.

Subscriptions

Paid enrollment remains disabled until the billing model, contract, required disclosures, cancellation rights, and timing of payment have been approved for applicable federal and state credit-services laws.
